What is return to work and how do I get started?

Establishing a return-to-work process means getting an injured worker back to productive work, as soon as medically reasonable. A return-to-work program can help you lower claim costs, retain experienced workers and reduce costs from lost production.

Get started now by making sure you have a current record of your employees' daily job duties, such as job descriptions, and encourage cross training. For more resources on creating a return-to-work program, log into texasmutual.com and visit the Safety Resource Center.
