New claim assist app for your injured employees
As we recently shared, we have been introducing our newest tool, the Claim Assist app, over the last few weeks. The Claim Assist app is created just for your injured workers, putting a valuable resource right at their fingertips. With the app, they can contact their adjuster, view benefit information, access ID cards for prescriptions and find claim information all in one place.
Going forward, we will offer the app to injured employees who are good candidates to use the tool. Our adjusters will provide detailed information directly to them on how to download and use the app. We are proud to offer a new tool that gives easy access to the information your employees need.
