New provider training videos demonstrate best practices for patient interaction

We recently launched a new training video tool to help improve patient interaction by educating providers on the best ways to communicate with their workers' compensation patients.

Texas Mutual promotes Jeanette Ward to COO

We are proud to share that one of our longest-tenured employees, Jeanette Ward, has been named chief operating officer. Jeanette joined Texas Mutual in November 1993 and has since served in a variety of roles, starting at the company as a business analyst, and most recently serving as senior vice president of policyholder services.

With her years of experience, Jeanette understands the workers’ compensation market, what agents need to take care of their clients, and what policyholders need most.

Jeanette has been instrumental in leading Texas Mutual's innovation over the years and will continue to do so in her new role.
