Get to know our newest medical director, Dr. Williams

Helping you provide high quality care is a priority for us. To deliver on that commitment, our medical team, including Dr. Leila Williams, is here to support you.

Dr. Williams joined Texas Mutual in October of 2019 after serving as the Chief Medical Officer of FastMed Urgent Care. She has over 25 years of combined civilian and military medical experience, the last 10 years of which were spent in urgent and primary care. Before that she served as a Naval Officer and military physician retiring after over 20 years of military service. Her wide array of experience uniquely qualifies her to recruit and support high-quality, recovery-focused providers like yourself.

As Medical Director and VP of Medical Operations at Texas Mutual, Dr. Williams is focused on being an innovative and responsive partner to our providers, injured workers, policyholders and community. She looks forward to partnering with you to achieve our shared goal of getting injured workers back to a productive life as soon as safely possible.
